It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration injuries.

Firstly, when I first started the level of professionalism and understanding, and acceptance was outstanding. What I loved was that you were always relating what you were saying to the Quran and sunnah, making sure that I’m also not only doing it for reasons pertaining to the world life, rather trying to make me realise I should also make my intention to begin my journey for Allah’s sake. Honestly, throughout my whole journey, I’ve felt so comfortable and I have not at any point felt judged. Alhamdullilah the way you advise as well as constructively correct and criticise is admirable. Your service it really realistic and I feel like you’ve definitely drilled it in me that this is a lifestyle to keep up rather than a quick fix, as loads of other companies/Instagram pages/posts promote. With regards to progression, I have seen already so much progression, not just physically but also mentally. You work to not only work on the physical aspects of my goals, but also on my mindset. The mindset work has been sooo beneficial and I feel like I have DEFO picked up such positive habits form working with you – including getting back into reading. From the positivity, to the kindness, to the reminders that we are Muslims on this earth with a purpose, to the motivation videos, to the realness, to the support and time and effort that you put in. My fitness journey with my personal trainer Maia started off a little difficult. But as I got used to it I started to enjoy it. I loved discovering new types of food and teaching my body to exercise regularly. Some of the habits I have gained through this journey is waking up early and eating breakfast. Going on walks every day. Ever since I started my fitness journey I have been more motivated. I feel more comfortable in my body. My couch is really amazing she’s one of the reasons I am consistent. She keeps me motivated and always reminds me the benefits Im being on this journey. She’s always there when I have any questions. The types of exercises she gives me our perfect for me since Im beginner. I would recommend all my sisters to check her out. You will not regret.
I started this fitness journey wanting to better myself but I really never had the right resources in terms of my nutrition what workouts was right for me , I found Maia on IG it was the best thing ever , I got started immediately and I’ve loved it ever since , I’ve learnt so much on my nutrition and what’s right for me in terms of the right foods to fuel my body , I also learnt a lot about my body and I’ve learnt to be disciplined show up even on days things where hard for me , Maia always gave me the support I needed answered all my questions when I have any worries. Ever since I have started being coached by Maia, I have unlocked this part of me that is stronger not only physically but mentally as well. It’s all in the mental game, just like Maia always reminds me. We may not be together physically but through her motivational words, support and love via online coaching, every time I unlock a goal of mine, it truly feels like we are in together. Looking back, I cannot believe it has only been over a month, but ever since I have stepped on this journey, it has been an inspiring one to go alongside such a dedicated trainer. I have been training with Maia for a few weeks now and I am so much more motivated than I used be. Maia makes me work hard and makes sure I am keeping up with workouts and nutrition. She never lets me give up, I learnt more about strength training, boxing and different exercises. I feel more comfortable with the concept of strength training and knowing I have a trainer like her working with me and motivating me.
I have been training with Maia since December and I have never been as motivated as I am now to become fitter, healthier and stronger. Maia is always pushing me above and beyond to not only reach my physical fitness goals but to become more knowledgeable, focus on my business and most importantly become closer to Allah. A diet plan tailored to you. I will design your meal plan based on your goals, preferences, budget, preferred cooking time and of course if you have any allergies, I will cover you. Additionally, meal plans can be vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and gluten-free if you like.
You will be able to enter your measurements and reflections weekly via my app. This will enable you to see how you are progressing clearly. I will also use this information to adjust your training and meal plan when necessary.
